I believe it's the best gym in the area if you need more flexibility in terms of working out on your own. And timings as well! However Shubham (the trainer) is highly recommended. He guides through the equipments well while allowing you the flexibility as per your stamina!

I've been coming to this gym for about a year and this was my first time joining the gym. All the trainer's made me feel comfortable as I was a new joinee helped me in excercises. They don't even force for joining PTs. The owner of the gym Vats bhaiya is supportive and Bittu bhaiya too. It's affordable for the students too who go to colleges.

I have joined this gym just before 2 months and here I found very familiar and positive environment and I got fab result's with in this time period all thanks to my trainer Mr Bittu Kandari who is very supportive and focused.
