Excellent trainer and good members. All of them are very supportive. Even a guy alone can join and ask anyone for help.
I have been going to this gym for over a year, so whatever I say is my honest opinion. The Fitness alpha gym has all the necessary equipment, and the space is so ample that you won't have to worry about hurting someone when you are lifting weights. The owner is very humble and helpful as he is always willing to guide people in the right direction. The conclusion is the gym has everything you need and is a good fit for anyone, whether you are a beginner or have some experience and you won't regret it once joined.
Workout environment is really nice. The gym owner is very motivating and helpful. Its fully equipped with all workout equipments nd machines.
