I am going to this studio for two months and should say it is a best choice for people around Manyata as it is within the campus. Have three sessions daily and the yoga instructor gives ample attention to every attendees.

I'm practising here from 3 years after covid I'm practising virtually with her. I must say Lakshmi Maam is a wonderful yoga teacher, she is so calm gentle, she is most knowledgable in yoga, she knows in depth of yoga never push you to do intense asana without basics. She knows each asana benefits and where it is contraindicated. I really love to do practice with her it's a total mental and physical relaxation. Where I practised in cult and other places where they teach like a workout without having in depth knowledge. She is best yoga teacher in Bangalore. Thank you ma'am for everything.
