It's been 5 months and my experience at the center is overwhelming. I am in medication from last one year and my doctor suggested me to join yoga and at first after joining it took time to get adjusted but after 3 months I am very much satisfied. I and my family could feel the difference inside me. I got my smile and peace back and I believe that is the most important part of our life. I had a perception about yoga is just about postures but realised its more than that. More vast than we can imagine. And he is guiding us to that. I started my yoga under Ashutosh, being a newbie to Yoga and attending it remotely. Ashu made me comfortable he watches and corrects then and there, he will ask our suggestions or comments during start and end of the session and will guide us accordingly. I joined Explore yoga under Ashutosh Sir.. I was suffering from intense lower back pain and no medicines were helping, but within 15 days of doing yoga my pain completely disappeared.. The hour I spent doing yoga at Explore Yoga was the best hour of my day.
