Sharing my review as per timelinea Trial day : All was well.ambience felt lively and comfortable.both the coaches were equally involved with folks. First week : All reasons to come back to the gym everyday. Feeling more comfortable. Seeing some changes in my energy level and seeing how Prashant works with people individually to address their queries. My hopes with myself and the gym are high now and expecting to see changes with hard work.
