This is a ladies-only gym and I have been going here for 4 months now. I have seen amazing improvement in my cervical problem post joining. Sanjeev sir an excellent trainer and the environment of the gym is also safe and nice. Highly recommended.

Perfect gym, nice n safe environment. Best thing is dat it is only for ladies. Nice instructor as everyone is given personal attention.
