Great to see all Towers connected with each other and swimming pool on top floor

Osian Chlorophyll.. a beautiful community built based on green theme as the name suggests... built over a massive space of land... all blocks are interlinked through a jogging track built over the terraces... quite accessible and well connected to the city and the growing IT parks of Porur/ DLF.. well maintained property with round the clock security services.. the only constraint I find is the service roads leading to this property is often chocked which does not help quick entry/ exit...

It's a wonderful place to have homes here, it's actually like a resort to live in here! I had been here on my holidays to visit my uncle's appartment, I had some keen observations; 1) I think there were 10-12 big buildings, all are Interconnected though pathways on the ground and even on terrace too. 2) The view from the top of these buildings were just amazing and it's situated in a pleasant area too, in day light it feels hot though (on the terrace particularly) even if its cooler down the building! 3) It's one of the well thought and constructed apartment! 4) There are two separate swimming pools, one on the ground and another on terrace, you have to actually search for the swimming pool there, I'm not giving any spoilers! 5) Garden is also well maintained and watered regularly.

If you are looking for a pet friendly apartment. Never go for this apartment. Crowd will create a lot of drama just because you are takin your pet out . Not a friendly society

This apartment is located in a quiet place. The parking facility is good. And the one most admiring thing about this is its awesomatic view from its terrace. Each block has a bridge in its terrace which connects each of them. Very well engineered! Have a look at these pictures. Chennai looks cool from its top.

An oasis of peacefulness amidst high density traffic in the surrounding area. Each flat and tower has been built with good ventilation and interse distance.

No complaints ll be taken seriously always comes with lame excuses .and constantly black water ll come how much ever u complaint ...not at all pet friendly ..so attitude and arrogant behaviour ..pls don't choose this except if ur so close to ur office or hospital or workplace ..go ahead with prestige bella

Avery well built gated community with a good ambiance, chilled out vibes and quite close to the vanagaram toll gate. Only issue is parking as no visitors vehicles are allowed inside and you need to park outside the gate where parking is really limited
