One Dream Fitness - Gym in Delhi - East, India

I enrolled here in the 2021. They disabled google reviews when they feel that they can get a bad review. So, I am writing this review in 2023. Initially, I was excited to join their gym. few days went well. Trainer guided me about the exercises. However, I am a kind of person who could not do under trainer guidance. So, I talked about it with the trainer. He was reluctant to it, because he will lose his student maybe that' why. After that, the harassment started. Whatever spot I used for my excercises, there were always a group of men approached and commenting someting or the other. The gym equipments were always engaged by someone or the other, whoever was taking classes from that particular trainer. So, basically, my 3 months were wasted. I will never suggest this gym to AnyOne.

One Dream fitness is located in shiv puri , chander nagar and 2nd branch is in mayur vihar . Its a best gym located in your area and you can freely join this gym. Staff is good and they provide best service to there coustmer's . Trainers are also there in this gym and they also provide you a best training and help to improves you a lot...

Loved the vibe here , trainers are co-operative and all the staff members are friendly here . If your want beginner you can definitely start your training here as they allot a proper trainer to you to keep a check on your form and on your diet . Definitely check this place out

Proper equipments with great customer support and trainer were also very supportive.Great place to start your fitness journey. Sonu sir, vishal sir, jawed sir were really helpful and friendly.

Amazing trainers who focuses on your workout and corrects you immediately if done wrong unlike others gym i have been too. You receive feedback call every month regarding any upgrade or change in gym you want to suggest. You'll definitely see the effect once u come here. I have been doing gym since an year now and have no such complaints yet..

I've been training in this gym for almost a year and I'm very satisfied with the quality training that this gym provides you with. Right now I'm training under the guidance of Amit Sir and he is the BEST trainer I've ever seen. He really can do wonders and take your body to its limits.

The best gym with the best crowd i must say....all Machines works in perfect condition All the staff members are so helpful.. especially my trainer sahil sir he helped me to make m fat to fit...I thank the person who recognised me to the ODF.

It's perfect place to work out and get in shape....specially fitness trainer Sahil Sir and Vishal Sir...perfect person & trainer with skills n knowledge.... Good Environment!
