I have been to several gyms before coming to Modern Gym and this is the best I have seen. Natural way of body building is guaranteed here. Master is very friendly, decent, respectable and not money motive. Best for females who are interested to work out, to be fit and to feel safe. Very neat and nominal price for the facilities we get. If you want to reduce weight or gain muscles or to be fit this is the right place.

I joined the gym in July 2022The gym master is very friendly and we have good training session in the gym,had to leave the gym in dec due to studies joined back in July 2023 again with the same master and same training,with new equipments for training
