It's a very nice place. The decorations and interiors are really great. People are very friendly. And this place has an open culture so that people don't feel uneasy to work. One doesn't feel uncomfortable working here. Anyway the location is great. Highway is just a few steps away. The whole office is centrally air-conditioned. There is one coffee dispenser machine in every floor, which takes care of your beverage demands. There is also table tennis board over here to spend your leisure time. Working hours are flexible.

I interviewed in sokrati for the profile of L&D. Interviewer was good and I completed almost three rounds & one assessment and also selected for that role. then recruiter ask me for doc verification then I was waiting for the offer letter but then after they did not give any update on my candidature.

Worst management and no time bond. All are worthless team members

With an 5+ years of experience, and currently also taking so many interviews it's the duty of the interviewer to ask and if not understood repeat the question atleast. We are not freshers and we have proven experience in respective field. If you guys are asking mathematical questions then you should have a format or mcq base way. Asking orally is not the way. And when I asked the interviewer can you please repeat the question he said no I won't. Beta tum Google me job nehi karte.. jb hum pehli me the tab tum theli me the. Give respect to every candidate and vice versa. If I would in the other place of chair I would have explained and repeat the question until you understand it. Have a procedure.

This is a very froud company i would say, they took my 4 rounds of interview 3 technical and one by coding test and after getting my code they rejected my without any reason so unprofessional and they even don't know the how to code because every interviewer asking me same question I guess they are facing issues with that particular topic And onece i gave them solution they rejected me a very pathetic experience.ranjana pandey is the contacted person there.don't go for interview, i never seen the froud people like you.
