I have been here multiple times, the customer service and hospitality here is outstanding. The showroom staff are professional, polite, very knowledgable and well trained. The showroom is very well equipped with a cafe and snack bar and there are quite a few number of cars always on display and for test drives. Overall one of the best Merc dealerships I have visited, will definitely visit again.

Had called the executive to renew my insurance as I was travelling i couldn't get the last policy number. I repeatedly told the executive that I have to confirm if it was my last day of insurance to help me out somehow she just folded hands said nothing can be done from showrooms side. My obvious back up plan was to call up rajasree they were sweet enough to help me. Finally got it renewed on tlime. I personally think the staff needs more empathy and not fold hands at the customer when they are in dire.For any insurance please don't contact this showroom.
