Got such a nice service from the store team and store was so pleasant and neat. The Optometrist checked my eyes in detail with so many diagnosis steps and suggested me good lens as per my prescription. And I'm pretty much comfy with the pair of glasses I got .

Big Thanks to Cletus from Focus Mall Outlet Calicut who helped to make sure that I receive all my purchases before I was due to fly back home within a week. I was kept updated by him on the delivery from Calicut to Pondicherry where I moved next. He and another colleague at Focus Mall Outlet also helped me to pick out the 2 pairs of spectacles which I absolutely loved. Such attention to service deserves more than 5 stars!
