Hi my name is Akarsh & I've been taking personal training under stoic fitness from the last couple of months. I'm a state level boxer and I started my training to fix my shoulder injury and to gain muscle mass. I should say that even after the session I'm able to be very productive and thanks to the training pattern I get coached from Stoic.

I'm a state medalist in Wushu, injured my shoulder and knee badly from years of competition. Thanks to the utmost care and sincerity provided by the team at stoic, I'm pain free and back to being fighting fit.
