MFC - Meharban Fitness Center is proudly owned by Mr. Meharban Singh Virk. Mr. Virk is associated with the fitness industry since last 26 years & have achieved many milestones in his fitness journey. If you are serious towards your fitness goals MFC is the place for you wherein you will be guided with specific diet plan & training regime keeping in mind your desired goal. You have to do it to believe it. MFC is like second home to me. I may not be a professional bodybuilder but what ever i have learnt & earned in life is because of the guidance, training & positive approach imparted to me by Mr. Meharban Singh Virk.

It's a basement Gym very good the price is also good the equipments work in good condition. Good benefit for beginners who want to build there muscles.

It's a great gym especially for beginners. Staff is very helpful and the owner himself help the people and the most important thing is like other gyms they don't force you to buy supplements. Their main focus is on building Body naturally. A big thanks to Meharban virk singh sir for being so helpful and supportive. With more thn 25 years of experience Sir always available at the floor for support and help. I joined 2 gym before joining this one and my journey with them is wonderful. Gym is friendly to all irrespective of your age or gender. Last but not least they suggest natural food and other eating items and not focus on supplements if one is not preparing for weighting competitions.

This Is a really good Gym, with good machines good vibes and a good Coach, Meherban Sir. I was here only for a month while my travel to India, and wanted to start strength training, and because of Sir's excellent coaching I could start strength training and reached a good level Easily . Meharban sir is really great as an inspiration. Very upbeat. Not overcrowded and good machines. I love this gym. The overall vibe is awesome and I would recommend to all of you guys to join this lovely gym.

I've started my weight gain journey from here. It's going so far so good. Enough equipment for all exercises. Trainer will aways guide you if you are beginner. And if you want to do your own weight trainings you can do that as well because no one will disturb or interfere in your session (which thing I like the most). Very safe for girls as well as everyone mind on their own business (that you don't get in every gym). Thanks Mehrbaan sir for making such good environment in gym.
