It was a very worst experience I had with them. Initially when we enquire about Bookings they were very eager. And if our specification is not there, They are trying to sell other Color or Specifications and if it doesn't work, they literally don't show interest of selling. No information and updates about the delay and expected delivery.. At last we cancelled the booking. For that also they accepted and sent out. Worst booking experience in CARS India Valasaravakkam...

For lease plan customers, they don't give car upfront.Only after Full payment is given they will alot car . While booking they don't tell this. It is not possible for lease plan customers to pay from from their pocket since company is going to pay on behalf of them.
