I would like to give them 0 star, but it's not available so giving them 1 star. I have bought Scorpio N from them, it's top model. I have got vehicle with small issues. Some black shades found in car body and advisors promised me that they will clear it in first service. But they didn't done. Moreover no proper response fr sales team as well as service team. Other delares like Zulaikha is much better in terms of service. Please avoid this spot if u want to buy mahindra vehicle here.
Very worst service and behaviour. fake promises given by sales and service team. Bought a bolero neo N10 on Jan 6th 2023. Till now it is in name of the person who booked it not i. My name who own it. Requested to change my name with sales person pradeep and service head alamelu but no use. Simple reply from them is like sorry today so much of clients in showroom and we are busy with them. Till we buy the car they will follow up regularly, However after booking will find a delay in their reply like saying sorry busy with other customers. Never treat you as a customer later on. They never mind about the review though. Never plan to buy cars in MM motors kattupakkam. They will keep your car with them for so many days but issue will not be resolved.
Worst car servicing experience. There wasn't any technical advisor to recieve and discuss the vehicle's health even after waiting for 45 mins. Only basic questions regarding any complain on the car was asked by the front desk/ invoice Preperator. Delivery was delayed. Information given to the customer was not correct. Customer was told that the car is in wash and even after 2 hrs, it wasn't ready. No explanation on the breakdown of final bill was given. During delivery of car, no technical person was there to explain job carried out. Basic things like updating the service carried out date on infotainment wasn't done. It had to be reminded. And the biggest problem was, there was not anybody whom the customer could speak and explain either in English or Hindi.
I got my dream car XUV 300 on Jan 2023. I've visited this showroom on Dec 24,2022 and booked the car same day. I would appreciate Mr. Siva Suriyan for the detailed explanation about the Car and the seamless delivery process. ------ Not satisfied with the quality of service post sales. I had a tyre issue within 800KM and within 8 days from the delivery. I informed to the CRM guy and his behaviour is very rude. He is not even listening to me. He told me to go somewhere and do the tyre replacement. I felt bad for choosing this showroom. Think twice before booking here. The chrome kit fittings are also not proper. See the photos. I given my Car for the 1st service and after waiting for an hour the advisor told its lunch time and he taken the Service card. Typical SBI type of customer service.
Today i am Visit MM Motors Iyyappanthangal, for my new car purchase, such a very good place for car purchase place, workers are very well speech and coordinators, my uncle al so bought new car from mm motor last few month before, super quality and easily paper processing , i like very much and customer service is al so good responsible.

Recently bought a XUV700 AXL7L with added accessories (Side Step and Bumper) Which was not attached properly, later during my first service specifically mentioned to fix it properly, but they did general service and sent the vehicle for delivery. Vehicle Number TN22 EA 4757 I don't recommend this place. Worst experience.
Very bad experience I am facing with mm motors Iyyapanthangal currently. Bought XUV300 in August 2022. It was delivered with faulty link rod . It was replaced during second service. But the problem persisted.I've been asking them for replacement of the link rod for the past I year. I even sent complaint to customer care. Till date nothing was done about it. Regret very much for having bought Mahindra car & highly dissatisfied with the service provided
