Hallo all, I have raised a complaint earlier 3 months ago regarding the worst treatment and service. I got several side effects due to the cryo treatment. I didn't even get any result even after taking the treatment. I made complaint regarding this and got call from head office and the from kilpauk branch. Just got one call from them and they said that they will give other treatment or look into the problem. But that was the last call i got from them. No response from them after that, when i tried to contact them they are saying that my treatment is over, branch manager Shyamala was not even responding anything. At the starting time she called me everyday to take the new treatment package but now no response, i still got 3 cryo sessions and RF 6 sessions left, but they are saying that all the sessions are over. Worst service. No proper treatment or refund was initiated. Very worst
