KR Accommodation - Serviced accommodation in Chennai - Coromandel, India

Location was good. Close to airport, as we have connecting flight in morning we wanted to have a few hour sleep. Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom size was also good. Room has a mirror and cup board as well.This is a budget hotel and for temporary stay, not suited for a long stay or comfortable stay with family. So decide wisely what is the purpose of your stay. They also arranged a free shuttle to airport. It is value for money. what else you can get for 900 bucks.

Their prices are equal to OYO, but the standards are pretty low. They don't even provide a water bottle and not even basic needs like Towel, soap, shampoo etc. The washrooms are very small and you don't find anything other than a commode, bucket and a super tiny wash basin. The beds, mattresses, pillows, blankets are age old and they should consider changing. The rooms are pretty average and they charge double the price of a deluxe room by offering a standard room. The worst thing is that there was power cut multiple times in the mid night and I was not sure whether they don't have a generator or the staff is super lazy to turn on, but we were sweating like hell. The only good thing I liked about them is they provided free cab to airport. This is as a proper mediocre lodge.

1. First of all the room is too small only (8x8) 64 sqft. But they written in specifications is 144 sqft. You feel very much uncomfortable... 2. Room cleanliness is very poor. After multiple requests they come to clean the room. Also they didn't change bedsheets and pillow cover when stay 2-3 days. 3. Most of the rooms don't have any windows. You may feel suffocating. 4. No fooding facilities. 5. Most of the time water is not available in the bathroom. You need to inform them to start the water pump. 6. Location is good.

For the cost below 1k , the accommodation is value for money. Location is 3 kms from Chennai airport. They provide a wake up call as well as shuttle service to airport. Staff are helpful and attentive even at late nights and early mornings. It's not a hi fi hotel with luxuries but just enough with all required amenities. P.S: I would have appreciated cleaner towels.

Lot of things to be improved. Places is like a dangeon. There was no bed sheet provided. Bathroom had cockroaches. One good thing is I got free Pick n drop from airport. 1500 for 24 hours stay in Single AC room is too much for this place.

1. Clean and maintained 2. Well behaved Boys always busy to cater the customers in need. 3. Cheap and clean rooms with amenities except tv channels in Tamil only. 4. Free drop to airport. Amazing....

Decent place for an one night stay (for bachelors). Has street side food shops nearby with decent food. Hotel has free wifi and TV connections. Very near to airport and the hotel can arrange a cab if you can inform them before on your timings.

The hotel is neat and clean .Service excellent .well behaved . Price reasonable . Nearby Airport . All important place like Chennai beach , Chennai Central . Chennai Egmore within 21 to 22 km range .
