Am really disappointed with customer care services with front office as well as Insurance staff, doctors are very good but staffs are un professional

Today i visited the clinic and met Dr Hareesh, he was so friendly and explanative about the causes of the issue and suggests the Do's and Dont's that I should be following. He examined me for about more than 15 mins to clearly identify the root cause, which i dint see it from the other ENT doctors whom i have personally visited in chennai.

Worst hospital..After surgery my wife lost her hearing and they had informed me earlier that it is a minor operation to fill the hole in eardrum. Now , no one is ready to take the responsibility and for the spoiling my wife's ear they have just one word to say-" Sorry". If they would have informed me before that they are not capable enough for doing the surgery..I would have consulted some where else. They are just money minded people just looking to get as much money as possible. I am going to file a case of fraud against this hospital and I advise you all to stay away from this hospital as this is the worst ENT hospital in Chennai.

I am really satisfied with his treatment. he explains everything and is a very knowledgable person. I would surely rate him the best. I would suggest everyone for the best of treatment.

Doctor was kind at velachery clinic of kkr. But he advised surgery for my voice disorder. I consulted ent HOD at my native place. He advised surgery is not necessary. Need to start voice therapy.
