Its an average it park in which tememos company is there. There is mostly open space parking. And the parking basement is too small for the accommodation. Outside to this there will be lot of autos parked and which in turn makes traffic and there will be no places if you try to drop someone on car. It will have a single entry and exit at the front side.

This building has number of software related offices. Mainly Temenos India Pvt Limited. (Leading Banking Software Company in the world).

Building with 8 Floors!(Majority Floors rented for Temenos The Banking Software Company) Spacious Parking Lot. 8th Floor for Cafeteria!

Was a good place to occupy annee business ....however the fact that the bike parking was not so huge and was at the first come first serve basis which is quite dissatisfying. The odc's over there did not have a printer scanner shredder and the meetings rooms did not have a projector too

Building may inspired from golden spiral.. Few companies are inside.. Little old building..

The building is placed in the midst of restaurants and fast foods. The architecture of the building stands out, this building is visible from long distances from all direction. Couple of things that could have been better. First, the front entry and exit gate is too steep. Second, with just 4 out if 7 floors occupied the parking is already full. Security staff is very friendly, at the same time they do not bend rules and do not allow the employees to do so too.

Decent amount of visitors' car parking for a commercial building. After you report to the building Reception Lobby, oddly, you need to walk through the ground floor stilt car park area to reach the other block!

An average set up if you compare with other IT parks in Chennai.
