I was thoroughly impressed. Neat, clean and hygienic house keeping all areas within the hospital and rooms in Day care. Competent compassionate and friendly doctors attended to me. The staff - viz secretaries, attenders, nurses and other staff down the line - appeared well motivated and happy overall. I did talk to many down the line, no cribs or grouses. Your HR dept seems to be doing very well. Over all an excellent hospital experience. The best part -- it didn't make me feel as if I was in hospital ! The usual smell associated with a hospital was totally absent. Well done Kauvery , keep it up and rise to greater heights of Patient care.

Hospital was clean.. Doctors were very professional.. Nurses took very good care.. Food provided to patients were good.. The operation and the recovery was quick and the discharge process was also smooth.. Disclaimer: Inform your insurance company before hand (if there is a chance) and often keep them informed and in loop..

They take care of the patients in a very nice manner Shravanti mam Assistant of Dr. Anantharaman is a very kind person. She coordinate with us very well.

The room partition was not adequately planned. And furnished with a single wall fan for one patient and two ceiling fans for other patients in a specially designed room 544 is the room number. Aside from that, I was really pleased with the treatment and the very professional and compassionate service at Kauvery Hospital. The staff and sister have been quite pleasant and helpful. No other hospital provides a service like this.

The hospital was clean and the staff very friendly. The doctors were very friendly and the treatment was really excellent. I had got my mom admitted for a gal bladder surgery. A patient representative was alloted to assist throughout the consultations and admissions. Customer rep Ms. Dharshika was really very humble and helpful, who was there with us to help until I got my mom discharged from the hospital perfectly. Thanks to all the nursing and cleaning staff who helped us very patiently. The food provided for the patients were also very good.

Kauvery Hospital is one of the finest hospitals in Chennai and my favourite too. Patients are treated well and on time. I felt Doctors are really experienced and able to identify the root cause of the issue and prescribe meds accordingly. Special Thanks to Nasrin Mam who properly coordinate and Book my appointments with Dr Baraneedharan even I am in Overseas. Dr Baraneedharan is a very kind hearted person who listens to patients needs and aptly provides meds and resolve the health issues promptly. Even during COVID peak times he had consulted through video call. I would also express my gratitude to Dr Jeevagan. If you want your health issues fixed or kept in control, I would strongly advise you to keep Kauvery as your first choice in Hospital.

We had a very good experience. Attentive nurses, and efficient service by the rest of the departments. We have been here before and the service has improved since our last visit. I could make out efforts were being put in to continuously improve the quality of the service.

Very good and caring service at Kauvery Hospital Block - B, Family Health Centre. The staff and sister have been very friendly and helpful. They keep us informed of any delays during appointments. Can't get a service like this in any other hospital.
