Visited this restaurant today for Mutton Rogan Josh and Rice. Reading some of negative reviews, I was apprehensive about this place. Nonetheless, took the risk. I must say, I am pleasantly surprised. The taste and quality of the mutton was exquisite. It was a mild curry yet flavourful and balanced with the right quantity of oil, spices and salt. The taste was similar to what I have eaten in other parts of J and K. The restaurant is spacious, well laid out, with elegant decor and polite and courteous staff. Highly recommended.

In vegetarian options we order veg wazwan which Is a delicious and balanced meal which contains dam aloo, kashmiri paneer, nadroo yakhni and palak saag with maah ki dal and rice. This veg. Wazwan was amazing. In non veg. Rista and mirchi mutton korma are too delicious and famous. This kashmiri flavours restaurant is famous for wazwan.

This place specialises in Wazwan, as the name also suggests... I've had a meal here multiple times but like most places, the quality has only deteriorated over the years. The staff remains to be the soul of this place. Unfortunately, a lot of them didn't even know the specials or didn't have a lot of knowledge of the place. The tables weren't very clean and inviting. The Dum Aloo, Fish tikka and Mutton Kofta were finger licking good and the saviour of the evening. They have the worse Mutton Seekh Kebabs that I've ever tasted. Their chicken korma was also very disappointing. They didn't have firni even though it goes best with Wazwan.

I experienced this new takeaway tonight and ordered a Sheesh and chicken tikka kebab, portions were good but not only that it was freshly made, we waited a little longer but that was not an issue ... We will be using your services again thank you John

One of the few good places in jammu, serving authentic and delicious kashmiri wazwan. Seating is comfortable and ambience is good. Staff is well groomed and courtious.

Chicken items are good but mutton items need bit of work.. Good place to visit with your family

Excellent preparations! We are wazwan lovers and this place serves the most authentic food in the entire city. The owner is highly responsive and warm and the service is very prompt. The ambience is good too. Highly recomemmended!

Nice and cozy place with certain food items being offered in the menu extremely good. They really need to work out of certain aspects of cleanliness and hygiene. Cleaning only tables and not the soiled floor after departure of a guest amounts to unhygienic condition as a whole and same need to be addressed by the management. Food was good and sumptuous. Had ordered Mutton rogan josh, mutton yakhani and both were equally good.
