Karan is a great teacher, he is truly motivating across all the classes this far. His energy never drops and he is constantly helping to push boundaries and our bodies out of the comfort zone. He provides at-home yoga classes which have been truly transformative. His personalized sessions cater to my specific needs and goals, creating a comfortable and focused practice environment. I'm grateful for the positive impact on both my physical and mental well-being that has started to show on my body.

Karan is a very good yoga teacher -patient & motivating. He also ensures that the classes are interactive & different each time so it doesn't get monotonous. He personalizes the session as per each persons needs, ability & fitness level. He blends a good balance of power yoga, cardio & breathing exercises. I would highly recommend him.

Karan Sir's yoga classes were just what I needed. I was quite new to Yoga when I first attended the class but these sessions have been an eye opener. He is an amazing instructor -calm, inspiring and very helpful.

Karan Sir is an excellent Yoga teacher.Even in a group of 4-5 people he would give individual attention to everyone.I had a knee problem when I joined his classes and now it's almost gone.He understood why it's happening and gave me a few tips.I feel much better now.

My wife and I have started Yoga classes with Karan. He is very good and keeps it interesting. He engages well and knows how to balance our fitness needs with the intensity of the exercises. We look forward to these classes and are already seeing the benefits of yoga.

Karan sir is the best Yoga teacher I hve ever experienced. He teaches yoga in a very friendly way. I am unable to sit with my folded legs on the floor but frm last one month with doing yoga with him now I am started to sit in yoga asan for few minutes . Thanku so much Karan sir .
