YogPunj is one of the best places to practice Yoga in Gurgaon. I have recently joined and it's been more than 20 days that I have been going there. I am feeling a lot of positive changes in my health and lifestyle. Rekha mam is very supportive and she noticed your all wrong steps in time of yoga then she correct these mistakes. In 1 month practicing of yoga, I feel calm and increase my focus on study and office work. Offline classes is very good for yoga practice because if we do some mistake then immediately mam noticed that mistake and rectify it at that moment. Environment is very good here. Yoga is of course best for everyone but with yogpunj it becomes best part of your life. Here you will learn different types of asans and Rekha mam is very supportive and trained.
It's been a week since I joined the classes, I used to feel tired and weak before I joined yogpunj but now I can feel the changes in me, I feel more energetic. Rekha ma'am is very supportive and disciplined towards her job. This makes a very learning and motivating environment in her classes.
