I've never done yoga before. Learning from the basics from Sachin sir has been amazing experience so far. He is extremely knowledgeable and has a well defined plan to work towards improving muscle strength, flexibility. Sessions are highly impactful. Definitely recommend learning with Sachin sir.

Being a beginner i was having many doubts about whether i can do yoga or not. Will this be beneficial, how long it will take to show results etc.But when i met Sachin Sir he cleared all my doubts.
