Poor Service... Return policy is very bad. No pick up facilities. You have to return items by courier and charges will be born by buyer side for return. Dual charges..one for ordering and second for returning. So costly affair... Better online shopping options available.. go for that option... Do not buy from JoyGlobal

First thing first no delivery have to take it yourself Ordered the edible cake sheet they just gave it in a bag and told don't shake it too much orelse it will break . Told them to pack then they packed coz its impossible that it will stay like that taking on a bike. They place itself is in some corner. The taste of the cake sheet was pathetic and not edible.....removing it out from the plastic sheet was a pain in the a$$. Plz avoid this place.

A hidden gem , in the middle of J block Saket ( not the main J block market ) , with such an immense variety of products for bakery and at wholesale rates , probably cheaper . Very helpful owners and an ever helpful staff , my daughter has a great time at their shop each and every time . Highly recommended.

Excellent service very helpful staff, and as an Xpat that doesn't speak Hindi I had no issue as the highly knowledgeable staff speaks English. This is the best baking shop in Delhi by far.
