- Good people but they don't do maintenance on their machines. - Cramped and crowded because their fees are low. - Decent for a beginner but not for intermediates or advanced people as they lack the facilities. - One trainer therefore you won't be getting proper attention all the time or everyday unless you're a girl. - They do have AC but they don't have it turned on always. - They also have a weird "90 mins per person per day" time limit rule which no other gyms have.

THE BEST place for you regular workout... extremely friendly and helpful environment very professional and co operating trainers as well as very affordable membership price... equipments are also very precise... overall surely the best gym you can find

Used to be a good gym. But the new trainer sucks.. Equipments arent well maintained. The owner is a nice person though. Overall, okay for beginners and for people who are just looking at a casual approach

One of the best gyms in the Bally Area, with proper guidance and training support! Everyone is cooperative enough and moreover, the gym plans, they are quite flexible! It opens everyday except Sunday, since Sunday is a resting day! Finally, words can't explain how and why the gym is best, so better get enrolled and start working out here for better results!

Being a gym lover i have experienced many places but one of my awesome experience is here only This gym provides proper training, free environment , proper care for girls specially and many more. It not a gym only it's our family with so much of happiness. For me it is highly recommended.
