By spending a meager amount( which the institute charge) per month one can cultivate a habit of spending 1 hour per day on yoga ( except for the weekends ) and not to mention the short term and long term benefits associated with it.. People of all ages are enrolling and getting benefit through it. Studio imparts a good blend of physical asanas and theoretical knowledge about yoga. Personally for me it helps to keep my mind and body relax and I love to learn new things about Yoga.. After getting into the class I realised how ignorant I was to our own medicine system 'Ayurveda'. The Exercises and Asanas are not difficult so it is easy to remember and practise at home as well. Youngsters should surely take advantage of such classes as it will help them with their stress management ,stability of mind, healthy body and you won't know what more the classes could offer unless you get involved in it.
