The trainer will help you with your daily exercise rutine and your diet chart according to your needs. And you can also take personal coaching if you want. So overall great experience, and you can definitely give a visit.

This gym is amazing. Amazing facility, top equipment and great environment. Good service with friendly trainer and super clean and comfortable gym for everyone from beginners to professional athletes to train at.

Very good Gym Do come, most gyms don't have trainers who cater to your need or even have trainers but the trainer in this gym is very helpful and will take care of all your physical goals, You will be very satisfied.

The best thing about this gym has to be well maintained and a good trainer . Rehan Da (trainer) is more of a friend and acts as a workout partner to everyone going around and pushing to peoples limit . Very clean and hygienic too.

I have been doing gym here for last couple of months.The atmosphere is really good and the trainer "Rehan da" is one of the best guide I have ever come across till date. It's a well equipped gym with central air-conditioning and music system.

Need some renovation but TBH a very good gym , with good and educated trainer . Provides supplements at good and reasonable price and above all top notch gym equipments . Not to mention high hand that the fees are really low
