Well maintained convention centre with place for small to large events. It houses offices of some psu too. It has well maintained garden that is a treat to the eyes especially in winter.
A beautifully crafted serene space inside a building, run by MNCs. This spaces has a free entry, allowing visitors to explore the greenery, the occasional theatre performances and the lotus covered fish ponds, which are the highlight of this energizing zone.
Placed in a Posh Colony having peaceful environment for a function. Dedicated parking (free) is there in the basement.
Having different halls depends on the numbers of persons. Attended a reception. Good experience.
I went there to watch a play by Manav Kaul. It was a wonderful experience in the Stein Auditorium. The open spaces, greenery, flowers, fountain are just so beautiful. There is a restaurant inside that served delish egg based dishes & vegetarian food too. People can celebrate their birthdays & plan their art exhibition too. Will love to revisit.
One of the best multipurpose convention centres in the country, India Habitat Centre is a huge space with multiple halls, a decently sized cafeteria called 'Habiteria' along with couple other eateries. Located at a very accessible location it also has a visual art gallery, and holds such shows and performances as well.
Classy place and their food outlets (Habiteria, Habitat hub and pastry shop) serve you delicious mouth watering food. It is better if you have a membership for the place. Corporate events are well maamaged. Stay I heard good words, however I did not have self experience so would not comment more for the same.
A beautiful, quite place near Jorbagh metro. The art gallery showcases some amazing contemporary artists and you will find multiple events happening around. Food options are great at the food court - Habeteria!
We had organised a Lunch get together of cousins at Habitat Residency @6 in honour of one of our cousins visiting India from San Diego US. We had a very enjoyable time talking to each other, we were 14 who had assembled there on 6th floor of Habitat Residency. After almost one hour of chatting and clicking photos of various combinations of brothers sisters nieces nephews, we started eating with Gol Gappas or Pani Pooree. Tasty pani with suji gol gappe, I liked it so much that I repeated it.
Main dishes in buffet lunch were all hot, delicious and tasty. Our plates were full with vegetables dishes and polao of three varieties. Hot assorted bread was served on table by courteous staff. We all chatted and finished all items in our plate. Sweet dishes section had Indian as well Continental sweets. One sugar free Khirni was also served. Besides variety of pastries, ice cream and kheer also was available. Though many of us are diabetic but none could resist the temptation to eat almost all sweets.
We had coffee after Bkk lunch, had group photographs and dispersed.
Habitat Center as such is a Bhool Bhulaiya. It is very difficult to reach the destination specially after parking the car in Basement parking. Anyways, guards on duty were helpful in showing the correct directions and we could make it in time. Overall we all enjoyed lunch, sweet dishes and gossip.
