Hai. Got HP OMEN 0005AX from the valasaravakkam HP store yesterday. Mr.Thenamudhan was our executive. He was really polite and supported in helping us buying the product. Before buying the product i tried reaching many official HP stores. The price and complements provided here is really better than others stores both price wise and quality of the backpack (Complement) is also really awsome. The guy who explained us about the laptop after purchasing was also very polite and knowledgeable. (Sorry, forget his name) Thank u Team, really appreciate your effort.

Average. But official persons gave good respect. Expect 10% discount from MRP. But they won't give. I change my review because they once sold the things doesn't support any guidance to go for extended warranty. I purchased on 29.05.23 at that time they assured to send link for the same. But till now they are not respond any call or messages. Very worst approach of customer support.
