Amazing Gym , Amazing Workouts ! The trainers are well educated and helpful, Excellent personal training by Mr.Nik he is extremely reliable and punctual . I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get in shape. Everyday is a new training, so it is never boring.
Tricity's best gym with excellent hospitality and professional trainers standing there to help you throughout, modern tech loaded machines and equipment's add to the ambience and experience.

The place is kept very clean, with equipment getting wiped down regularly, super management by Shuchita. She is also the go-to person for all matters relating to membership and is very helpful.
The owners need to replace the lockers, which are old and mostly nonfunctional.
The gym - with it's indoor-outdoor workout space - is well designed and airy.

Joined gym a couple of weeks back and I'm getting results after just 1 week of doing it. All thanks to Nik sir who has been constantly supporting me. Nik is an amazing trainer who's incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and motivating. He has made a customised workout plan for me following which I'm getting results. Highly recommended.
Just the look of the gym is enough to motivate you to work out and come back again . The machines are always in the best condition, and the environment is positive and motivating . Truly the best gym is have visited. And will continue to do so .
