Awesome fresh food @ affordable rates. Well maintained neat clean air conditioned premises with comfortable relaxing seating arrangements. 1km away from Chennai airport towards guindy direction. Courteous staff & ample parking space.

Just towards the Chennai airport on the main road. Comfortable for people going towards airport. The food is as usual quite good. They have a good spread not only South Indian but also North Indian cuisine. For sure the chettinad food is delicious and did not try the North Indian ones.

Food was good and prices are affordable. Recommended egg, chicken and mutton biriyani those were amazing.

Overall a very good experience.. Must try chicken curry dosa, Its basically thick dosa topped with shredded chicken and topped with Omelette,

We stayed at southern Comfort and had complementary breakfast, also lunch and dinner here. Exceptionally good food. For dinner we had plain biriyani, vanjaram fish fry, sankara fish fry and chicken lollipop. The food was hot, well cooked, tasted exceptional and authentic. The fish was fresh. For lunch we had the fish and chicken curry meal along with nethili fish fry. ... The complementary breakfast also had a looot of options along with idli, vada, dosa, cornflakes, boiled eggs, fish curry, pongal, suji upma and poori-bhaaji.... The pongal was verrrry good in taste. Totally loved the food!!

Just list of my points below it will help you to avoid this kind of restaurant 1. 13-08-2023. We had went to this restaurant at 9 pm. They told to wait some times it's take 30 min hardly to her table Later we're keep on calling them to take order I felt lack of staff in service place. 2.There is main basic thing once customers sit have to keep some water for that water we keep on following them. 3. Order chicken briyani and kari dosai here the twist in chicken biryani we had find lot of mutton pisc . We called that service person and ask simply he saying in mutton briyani only we put chicken and giving sir. 4. Again in briyani they given in small bowls but it's looks like very higher quantity once put spoon only we get to know one boiled egg and big boiled breast pis in that. There is no rise itself. Later they bring rise after complaint . Briyani ok level of taste 5. Kari dosai it's not properly cooked they given to curry both totally unsatisfactory . 6. Butter chicken really too good Over experience they need to improve customer service better to better b cos lack of staff.

Went for a buffet breakfast, I really don't know how this hotel survived, may be because it is near to airport. The taste was sub par, plates were not taken away, every table had used plates ( almost 10 tables) many of the items were finished, but no action from the restaurant servers. Few fly's trying to steal a big peace of bread. The chairs in the restaurant are peeled off, not sure they purposefully did that to avoid customer coming inside. No active management in this restaurant what so ever. Tea pot was empty, coffee was cold.. no cups .. it is a disaster and not sure what the employees are doing.. fully messed up. I would not even think of going back again...

The breakfast buffet was awesome with great taste. Must try. The service people were very nice.
