Rating: (5/5) I recently had the pleasure of staying at( Trinetar Garden) during my trip to (Jammu) and I must say that the service I received was nothing short of exceptional. Loved the Food services from Shan Singh He is a Great person and his food was amazing From the moment I arrived until my departure, the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

The staff Shan Singh is too kind and helpful with everything,The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. The staff were friendly and special thanks to Jay singh for arranging everything too good glad to stay in Trinetra garden looking forward to stay again.

The Hotel is well located. The room was clean. Though they were short on housekeeping staff. I had ordered Rogan Josh which was cooked well can't really say it was the best I had. All in all I'd like to rate it 4 out of 5.

Frequent powercuts in the hot n humid month of July is simply not acceptable. Washrooms stink and service too is below average. We had to remind them three times just to get a dental kit

Excellent stop in Jammu. Right on the highway. Quiet, clean property. Rooms are huge with all amenities. Bit of maintenance required, though.

One of the best ambience, well decorated functions can be done here, everything is perfect here. Its best for family functions like Anniversary and other marriage functions like engagement etc. Staff is also polite and helpful. You gonna love it
