Hotel Shanti Villa - Hotel in New Delhi - Central, India

It was a best hotel I have ever visited. Service is good and all facilities are good. Price is also reasonable. Room has AC, Small fridge, well equipped and clean bathrooms, Room is Cleaned, good furniture, TV with tata sky setup box, beds are also neat and clean. Finally best place to stay and spend time peacefully.

First of all it's inside the street and the front view is very dirty . Second they claim but they even don't have kitchen. You order them they will bring food from outside They took 60 rs for 1 glass milk even we offer milk package they refuse to make it warm Rate are also not fixed they are charging what they want One employee said 60 for 1 glass milk other said 99 when I confirm for 60 owner said mistake happens sometime

Excellent hotel. Staff and services are good. We had a comfortable stay for 2 days. Room sizes are equivalent to 5 star hotels. Also the room has very good ambience. You could never find any 3 star hotel with this price tag(1750 Inc tax per day). Food also very good, you could order from room. One of the minus is location

Big rooms, big windows, hot water, ac, elevator, not noisy, good stuff.

I was searching for a decent stay and many hotels had negative review... Saw this hotel name is one of the negative review given for other hotel, they have mentioned that instead of going elsewhere choose Hotel Shanti Villa... So we trusted that review and went there. The staffs are very friendly, the place is very well maintained and clean. There was nothing to say negative about the hotel.... Please dont trust the auto or the cab drivers, for comission they will recommend worst hotels as good.... You can trust and stay in Hotel Shanti Villa. It is walkable from metro station as well main road.

The rooms are large and it is clean enough. It's good value for the price. If you're not concerned with ascetics, it's OK. I found it run down and the service was OK. It's really more of a bachelor pad. I would not stay there again as a western woman.

I stayed at this place for 2 nights and I had one of the worst experiences of my life. Both the staff and the receptionist are extremely rude and not bothered in helping the customers. The rooms are solidly aged and there's absolutely no cleaniness at all. People are generally supposed to be nice and kind when in hospitality industry but astonishingly I could sense everything opposite here. Just wanting to put it there that stays are not always about money , it's about your time and on-time experience that you have , so please do not stay at this place! Look for much better options nearby or in some other central area

Hotel and rooms are good, clean & spacious enough. We booked it online and had Smooth Check- in and check- out .Staff is polite and co-operative. Location is not too near to main road. R. K. Ashram Metro station is just 10Min walkable distance from the hotel. Overall, liked the stay over here and would recommend it.
