Worst worst worst !!!! No cleanliness, no sanitisation, rude people, smelly washroom, and no maintenance at all. This hotel place is nice with good view but by grace by these hotel people they have effectively ruined this property with zero maintenance. When we asked the staff to clean the dustbin which was very smelly when we just checked in they said this is what we have if you want to stay, stay or else leave so you can think what kind of people are maintaining this hotel.
Property was old not well maintained, bathroom was stinking no regular hot water. Even you can't lock your washroom. Dirty blankets without cover, they have spacious room with four bedding and nice views of naini lake. Limited parking space just for 5 to 6 cars. Worst part of hotel is food. Not recommend at all specialty for family. Bachelor or group seeking for low budget hotel for stay only they can try this adventure
It was the worst experience.i went there with my family. We called them for cleaning the room but They didn't even sent the roomservice person whole day. And also they're so rude . The manager came and give me the wiper to wipe the room by myself. The room was not even properly clean. The floor was very dirty..I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Worst hotel of nainital.
The view from the hotel is very nice. The rooms are also clean. if you are vegetarian DONT ORDER FOOD from this as we got a plate which was stinking with raw fish smell.

This is the WORST HOTEL I have ever stayed in due to multiple reasons stated below- -third class customer service -no cleanliness at all -rude staff -stinky and dirty bed sheets -bad washrooms with bad smell -water leakage in washroom -no maintenance at all -the food quality was terrible -extremely expensive as per the services provided by the hotel *PLEASE AVOID BOOKING THIS HOTEL AS YOU WILL REGRET IT*
CON :Hotel is Ok Ok.. too pricey because of peak season and it is placed on litle height, so gets difficult to walk when we are tired from days walk. Wifi works outside the room PRO : The Best Part is the View and Food they served that too at reasonable price.
