We had an awesome experience staying in this hotel. The staff, reception manager were very nice and soft spoken. Room services were extremely good and hygiene was quite well maintained. Fortunately I have interacted with the GM of the hotel. He is such a nice personality and helpful too. I strongly recommend to have a stay in this hotel if you are planning to visit katra.

I would rate them 5 star in all aspect. They were very humble at reception, prompt at service, location wise it's very near to station and helipad. An ideal choice if you are looking at a budget hotel with quality amenities and if you want to be in close proximity of helipad and station, this should be your first preference. What I loved was the quality and homely taste of food. Just loved it... Rooms are alright not luxurious, but again if you want luxury, then stay with branded hotels... Overall, i recommend this hotel to all tourists

No opposite remarks but suggestions for hotel and its staff to improve services: Had booked this hotel via MMT. Here are things could be improved- 1- If there is an off season and renovation is going on please mention the same over portal you are registered on like MMT so that person should know before booking. I faced this issue just FYI... If I knew I would not have booked or canceled it. 2- Cleaning of room and washroom should be improved. Clean bed sheet, washroom seat and around area be clean. 3- If there is reason customer is not happy just improve the service. As an example I asked hotel reception to change my room due to above issues + noise due to renovation but they said there is no room available even when I knew it is a off season in September. When I asked them again they agreed to show another room and but there washroom was smelling so bad that I decided for earlier room. 4- I request for tea at 11 pm due to suffering from cold and reception and restaurant staff agreed to provide at 10.45 but tea didn't serve to us and we waited till 11.30 pm. Complained the same to reception in morning for checkout, staff told us there is no tea serving in night. Rubbish! 5- Restaurant timing from 7.30 to 11.00 pm. Morning timing is ok but evening at least tea hey should offer. I have been to so many three star hotels which do serve tea and snacks 24 hours.

Excellent hotel. Economical, very cooperative staff clean and very spacious rooms. Pickup and drop service. Can't find anything negative even if I try to find. Recommend it for very pleasant stay

It was a nice and a happy stay. We stayed in the hotel for two days and the service was amazing. We wereoffered exactly the same rooms as shown in the pictures shared earlier. Rooms were clean and service was great. Thumbs up to have a family stay in this hotel.

Rooms are Good. But the service is worst. When asked for change of towel They just folded the same towel and gave. Only at the time of check-in luggage service is done. At the time of check-out the luggage service isn't done.We have to carry out own luggages as payment has been completed and they don't care.

Apart from location, there's nothing good about the hotel. The worst thing I experienced is the service. Despite asking for water/tea/coffee multiple times in the morning (8-10am), it was not delivered and we had to go to the reception to get it. We got delayed for our flight as the reception had said they would provide travel to airport but didn't confirm any cab until the last minute when we reminded them.

The Rooms were spacious, location was good but bathroom curtains were not cleaned properly. If you want budget friendly hotel you may go for it.
