Worst hotel staff. I made the booking by mistake. On a single click don't know how money was deducted from gift card and booking was successful. I requested makemytrip and the hotel staff to cancel the booking. They refused. They are giving excuses. Hotel staff is completely non cooperative.

Not an ideal place for any kind of hotelling. This can be better used as a paying guest (PG), accommodation. Small rooms, bathroom doors never get shut completely nor get locked. They have only one room with a balcony, and only one small (about 70 square feet) room on the third floor which they call lake facing / lake view , where there is only a small fixed glass through which the lake is visible, no balconies there. The hotel is more than a kilometre from the malli road through a steep motorable road. They don't have cable/set top box for the TVs in their rooms, and they ask their guests to connect through their personal hotstar subscription to see the TV. I personally feel that this is a kind of cyber crime, the photos they have uploaded and the actual rooms, are veru much different.

All the Fake information is given for this Hotel. Hotel is not near to Naini Lake. The staff was rude. No dining Area. The rooms were pathetic, dirty, no clean bedsheets. Washrooms were very dirty. I did booked this hotel for 3 days 26th to 29. But when I reached to Hotel and saw the condition of rooms, I refused to checked in and requested for some other rooms. But they denied and didn't refunded my 5000 Rs. reservation amount, even after cancelling the reservation. The manager was not responding on calls. It was very unhygienic. Walls and curtains were dirty. At the time of reservation they confirmed that they will pick us from Naini Lake. But each and every statement was false. This is my humble request from everyone, not to book this hotel. They are fraud and doing scam.

False information given while booking hotel. It is not walkable distance from Lake. Hotel doesn't provide good breakfast. Only one item will be provided to customer. Either break with butter or Maggie or aalu paratha. Blanket and room was dirty. Hotel doesn't provide services as much they charged. I have been charged 4000 rs room with breakfast but it was totally loss of money. Only staff was good and polite.

Wrost hotel I have ever seen. Room condition was very poor. The hotel staff was very rude and demanding extra money to change the room. I suggest to never book this hotel.

It is a nice hotel with clean and big rooms. The service is good and the staff is both helpful ans respectful.

No service available there, Room amenities are not in working condition. all advertisement are fake. Not walkable distance from lake or mall road.

Hotel is good. Staffs are also good and nice hospitability. But distance is not that walkable and hotel is bit stiff up, if you donot have your own vehicle and you are from plains that will find bit difficulty in climbing up the stiff (and there is any patient with you). Location view is very good. Food (the complementary breakfast) is nice. But except that hotel does not have its other fooding (even paid)i.e. not available. We went there during X-mas days...and we had a small kid who has cold and fever, but even with paid service request for room heater was not available, though staffs tried to manage from other hotels but even then it was not available. Except these, overall Hotel was enjoyable.
