Loved our stay here! The location was great just walking distance from mall road and easily accessible, the rooms are comfortable and the service was quick and good. They food tasted like home cooked meal puri sabzi is a must try!
I recommend this hotel. I visited there a couple of times with my family and friends and my experience was pretty good. The staff was well behaved and cooperative. Also, You get an amazing view of Naini Lake from there.
In points: Dirty bedsheets and blankets Mattress spring was broken. They didn't even changed the room. No curtains on the main door. The staff was really helpful in providing as what they can do. Unfortunately, this has to be taken care by the owner.
I had a terrible experience staying at this hotel. The rooms were tiny and outdated, with uncomfortable beds that left me with a sore back in the morning. The bathroom was dirty and smelled bad, with a broken toilet that took forever to flush. The staff was rude and unhelpful, providing no assistance when I needed it. The overall ambiance was gloomy and depressing, with dim lighting and old, worn-out furniture. The noise from the nearby construction made it impossible to get a decent night's sleep. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Horrible experience with the staff. Do not go there for charging as the charger even though the charger works they won't let you check even until you have a room. Horrible people do not waste your money or time going there.
