The collection is good and store is well spread to ensure one can find what one is looking for easily.

I had gone to purchase high end acrelic semi modular kitchen at home town, Phoenix mall, Pune and had worst experience
1. After paying signed quoted amount of 50% to my shock they sent me a mail after a day saying they would like to cancel the order. They did not even bother to call and tell me. I have wasted almost 4 weeks in that.
2. Refund was a nightmare. As they cancelled the order, they said they will pay back the refund within 4 working days though the 'standard time' they said is 15 days. After painful follow up they refunded.
I was a repeat customer of hometown where I did my entire second home furniture of 4 bedroom apartment including high end kitchen a few years back. If I am treated in this manner, it clearly shows they have deteriorated in their service and value for customer. I could also see that quality of product and fixtures have deteriorated. I was also offered cheap quality handles (during first visit they showed high end handles & fixtures) and very low end fixtures.
I ultimately went for another kitchen provider where I got the kitchen done in almost similar value quote with much higher quality, finish and service. Also, although staff at showroom are decent guys, they have no authority on anything and their commitment has no value. They will keep on giving false promises.
I would strongly recommend NOT to purchase anything especially the kitchen from Home Town.

This is very unprofessional of store Manager Mr Sudhir Kulkarni not receiving my call and not replying to my msgs and he has blocked my wife's no...now its been 22 days but there is no resolution to cancellation of my order and refund of ~5 lakh so now I am going to escalate this issue and will take up this issue to every social media platforms and if this problem is not resolved by tomorrow evening then I will be going to Phoenix Mall Pune store tomorrow evening and sit on store's floor with my ill wife, 6 yr old daughter and 15 days old daughter with a banner in my hand for refund so now you people decide what is to be done..you people have harassed us like anything.
Please send your entire team (sales, management and mechanics) to get trained from Urban Ladder or Pepperfry on how to be professional, ethical and efficient!
It was a huge mistake to go to Hometown and order furniture after seeing your display at Phoenix Mall. You are the worst furniture brand having the most callous, irresponsible and lazy staff who are there to just book things and get the full payment. Making false promises regarding delivery dates and utterly careless about post sale service. There was zero communication from the shop's side. We had to follow up with the sales guy named Rajendra every day who is totally incapable and worthless. He didn't care to reply or call back even a single time when we sent messages and called him to get the updates. And to top it all we received the furniture with a defective lock system. The mechanic who installed the unit himself showed us the fault and clicked pics to send it to the "concerned team" and promised to come within two days to repair it, but as a typical HT staff member who just says things for the sake of it, it was again a false promise. A totally frustrating experience and never ever recommend others to rely upon your pathetic service. You should be ashamed of running a business like this!
