Complete fraud . I booked Manali bus tickets and hotel stay . The bus tickets were cancelled by them citing non plying of busses on that route . It has been 1 month and tickets price has not been refunded, despite calling and mailing a number of times

Although the Volvo service is good and punctual no doubt, but the dinner/ breakfast stops the Volvo takes in Himachal Pradesh are really really pathetic. Low standard food, stinking toilets and zero ambience. While going from Delhi to Manali, the dinner stop was Mannat Haveli (Haryana - very good). But the breakfast stop in Sundernagar (Himachal Pradesh) was really pathetic. While cing from Manali to Delhi, the dinner stop was again in Sundernagar (Himachal Pradesh), a very low grade dhaba with below average facilities. HRTC sincerely needs to work on this aspect for overall satisfaction of passengers.

My mother just returned from Delhi on a Himachal Tourism Bus. Your service is fine. But kindly mention how much you charge for luggage, extra luggage etc on your ticket or on your website - in addition to the fare. She said she paid Rs 400. Or else these come under hidden charges .

Good place to buy branded item @ discounted price. The place is situated beside the mandi house metro station.

Always a pleasure to deal with. HPTDC itself is a good organization and this particular office is centrally located, has very helping staff, and is capable of catering to almost all needs of the tourists. Don't be fooled by another private company near this office that sticks a huge Himachal Tourism board at the front.

Very nice place to catch HPTDC bus to HP Shimla/Manali etc. Friendly staff and good food!
