Dont stay even for free worst food and service. Not friendly. Cheap quality. Very expensive as compared to service and quality. Not suitable for family. The most worthless and disgusting place in nanital. They even scratched my vehicle and were not sorry for it.
I stayed with my family.Bath Towels and Fan are missing . Bisleri Water bottles (filled with normal water) was provided. 500 meters down to Mall road .
If you ask for any thing they have no answer other than nodding the head.
In peak season you have to compromise with all else go for other things.
We got a non-view room. This was very suffocating, there were no AC/fans and windows.
It was on a steep location 500meters above mall road.
Rooms and washrooms were clean but there was a weird smell all over.
The owner was friendly but would highly request to consider this as a feedback and make some changes to the hotel.

I have booked lake view room online and after 2 hours of booking the hotel called me that it was already sold to some one.

nice experience, this is very nice place and very comfortable place, morning view is very beautiful and it's gives a positive vibes. the main thing is the hotel is very close to Nainital lake and walking distance from taxi stand and bus station too. hotel staff behaviour is very good and services are very nice and they provide a clean and hygienic experience. very good room quality for all types people you can join without and problem, hotel is also good for family and couples too. restaurant is also good food quality great and fresh food. afterall i just want to say i am very satisfied with this hotel and restaurant and i am giving this review behalf on my personal experience. good bye have a good day guys.
As for the prices the hotel was decent but there was a bad smell in the rooms. A continuous noise comes at night. I like there rooms because there were 1 single double bed and a single bed (for drivers I think) in each room. Their location is 500m but the road is so high that its feels like 1km and very tiring ..My family didn't like the rooms actually.. because of their location and because the smell was there. Rooms could be spacious because their bathroom was so spacious.. Over all a decent experience at this price
