No clarity how to get the right answer by the first call. Need good improvement in customer support. We have a Apollo Munich health insurance currently merged with HDFC ERGO but do not have proper support for these customers. The customer ID of these customers are not recognized by the HDFC ERGO system. This need to be corrected

They told me to pay the premium paid it on time. They said they are issuing the policy in 24 hours. After 50 days they say pay 3505 extra there is shortfall this is for a renewal 8 year old policy no claim till date
