I was searching for zero star but as it is not there in option iam giving 1, I have been HDFC customer for 12+ yrs now and this perungudi branch is one of the worst branch I ve ever visited, particularly customer care person Arul, Sasi and kalaivani, they will delay submitting your request, will not understand your urgency, will give you wrong information, will give you false promise and will atlast not respond to your calls.. Some of my frds told me good abt this branch but I ve had a Hopeless experience..
Last 2 weeks back i have visit the branch applying credit card Mr.Arun perungudi branch ,they told me you have a maximum amount eligibility of credit card, i agree with Arun word applying credit card he said one week time card will come to perungudi branch , later i have received card approval sms, card will come speed post .but iam almost waiting 2weeks till now iam not receiving my card , i don't no that card status, 10 days i have called Mr.Arun not picking my call, iam sending SMS wtsp no response, very worst service perungudi branch Arun, customer service very important then only customer trust with bank. Dear friends don't come with hdfc bank very worst service perungudi branch. basic curtasy if any customer called response the call , perungudi branch Arun bank person very worst service, they spoiled hdfc bankname defenetly i will not refered my friend office colleague hdfc bank relationship .
I have send email but Emil will bounce , mail be blocked .I want speak customer care head if iam not received any call, I directly speak hdfc bank operation head.
Poor response and also not allowed inside the bank inside upto 9:59am in this branch....Other branches are allowed....I can't understand "banks for peoples or peoples for banks???"....

Worst Service ever provided by them and no response and no call..just cal for 1 sec and disconnect..and the next minute u get a message as we will attempt for re issue

The executive who was responsible for me was very helpful and had common sense that was lacking in another branch. A customer comes to visit, he comes with quite a lot of tension. If the executives can display the same attitude while opening an account and while requesting an upgrade or update it would be great . Thankfully this time it was great

I went to the bank for an issue, That Branch Staffs are friendly type to hear our words first. And They are really excellent peoples to handling customers or users in a good way with motive and supportive words. And Solving the Customer issues & problems as soon as possible.
So I usually don't give reviews, but this one I made sure to post publicly.
Service is pathetic at this branch. I wanted to convert my existing sb ac to corporate sb ac. Which is a 2min process for the paperwork. But 2-3 jimmy there think that perungudi is only branch in the city and they can dictate terms. Create unnecessary hassle where it was not required. I went there to enquire in the morning. And on their instructions I came back again in the afternoon to complete the process. But in the afternoon they say it cannot be done.
Anyways I got my work done from Velachery branch with no questions asked.
I recommend this branch be avoided for anyone transacting with HDFC.
