horrible service......i have a ford endevour,i had an accident and i had dropped my car,it was just a 3 week work, they took 6 months to give me back saying that a part has to come from abroad, idk which country they were teying to import it? they dont even respond to u utill u drip your car and go home, they dont pick up no body the manager saravanan either of his staffs no body.they claim less amt for the repairs to the insurance company and finally they give one additional bill which the insurance company has no option to give the extra amount, they made me wait 6 months and made me pay 3 lakhs from my pocket, i think this is a business for them, plz plz plz give it to some other normal repair center but plz dont go there the minute u enter their compound they will see in thier cameras and calculate how to loot u. horrible worst ever service.

Very Worst Service Hans ford does not have professional workers. Foolish and senseless people are only working here. Even the manager does not know how to manage the problems. While speaking, they will cut the phone. Hans Ford is a money looter. See my review I have given my ecosport car to this Hans ford for accidental. After 45 days also they could not able to complete the job. But within 30 days they take money from insurance company. Without completing the job how they make the bills? And after test run, as per the mechanic suggest I told them to change the right side wheel Arm Fit suspension rod. Also I sent so many whatsapp messages. But they have not done. They suggested to interior and exterior wash of beatification with disinfection and etc of all optional service, which is not accepted by me but they done by billing. But I told them remove that and I don't want the extra works, they have not accepted but simply saying they made bill. They have not accepted to change the bill. These are all in 28th day of service but not done the job. 30th day they claimed bill to insurance company and they taken the amount also. 45th day i went to take delivery of the car. They have not done any interior and exterior works which is not accepted by me to do the optional works and also they have not done which I was suggested to change Right side wheel but he useless fellow asking 2 more days extra to do the job. I told the foolish man, already told many times and given many messages but not done. And also they made bills for optional works without my approval, but they asking me to wait and doing exterior buffing work in front of me and hand over the car. Where ever I am touching my finger in the interior of the car, all dust coming and also No perfumes. but they charges more than 12000 for these works. They don't have professional staffs. This is my second bad experience, first was they changes break shoe on few months before, all oily powder is falling my front wheels and the wheels looks ugly. Service done at Hans Ford, Guindy service centre. [May be duplicate parts] While Ford leaving India they assured to tamilnadu for original spares supply for next 5 years. Are they following the agreement or not? Ford has to take action against this kind of service centre.

Very bad experience with the guys here. I did give vehicle for AC not working combined with service. 1.They do not give proper timeline and updates. We have to call every time and get updates. They say they will call in 10 mts or 15 mts and they never call back. Such a worst commitment. 2.Service is not good. They do not even clean properly. oily stuffs in the windows. uncleaned doors. When you ask they say stories. 3.I spoke to one person when i went there next day on leaving the car. He was fired the same day it seems. he has given false information which the other person who took over informed me. How come they can be so careless without checking the knowledge of the new joiner, they asked to attend a customer. ? The response they give is much worse when we question that. 4.When there is any issues after service, they do not accept that. They send photos taken but do not accept the fault. They say image is not clear. Then why they take such images. They should take clear images. They do not store the images in computer. Just store in individual mobile and they say that person on leave. If we wish to solve the issue, they ask to send the car back and when the person comes they will check and clear. They never bother of our plans and commitment. They said they will send the vehicle on Friday evening and they send only on Saturday evening. With multiple follow-ups from morning on Saturday. They promised to send by 10 am in the morning and every time you call they say , i will check and call and they never call. Such a don't care attitude towards customer.

A very good service outlet for ford cars. Quite courteous and professional service. The service rep Mr Ravi was good . Nice and natty visitor lobby and they provide magazines , refreshment etc while you wait. Good experience.

A request to everyone whomever is leaving their car for the service here kindly take proper photos and videos of your car, I mean the interior and the exterior and then leave them for servicing. The way their mechanics and service drivers handle the cars are really bad they don't park it properly also so kindly check and leave the cars.
