The gym is pretty good compared to other gyms because the trainer of the gym helps us in exercises and positions of the exercises and the rates are also very low if we compared from the location the gym is in.
Fitness and Skills, both are being worked upon here. First 10 Minutes of training here is equivalent to two hours of work-out in a gym, and then you have to go on for 50 minutes more. Energises you for next two days. Amazing experience.
