Green Tree Service Apartment - Hotel in Parthasarathi Puram - Extended stay hotel in Chennai - Chennai, India

Rooms are huge and neat. Huge double bed plus a single bed in VIP rooms. A wooden cupboard, TV with stb, AC provided in the room. Bathroom also huge and clean with geyser/heater provided. Stayed there for 2 days for a wedding I had to attend. There's a reception room on the 1st floor plus 3-4rooms on each floor. As soon as you enter each floor, there's a huge reception area with a dining table plus a verandah. Very small board on the outside. Not noticeable. Pharmacy just outside the apartment in case of emergency.

I stayed here during a day trip with family. I was given a large room with 4 clean beds. Fitted with functional A/C , fans & lights, wash room was neat & clean. Staff were courteous and polite. Walking distance from metro station. Overall, a positive experience for us and good value for money.

The best hospitality so far i have ever seen in my experience of hotel stay. Ambience Locality Cleanliness Facilities all are excellent. Very polite and understanding owner and receptionist. I will highly recommend this for everyone who are looking for rooms near to this location.

Loved the place! The owner and the receptionist are very polite and always willing to be of any help(be it room service, breakfast, etc). They don't take any unnecessary extra charges and stick to the amount they stated initially. The location is also a plus point since the Pondy Bazaar (shopping street) is just a 15 minute walk. They don't let you lift a finger for ur luggages and make sure everything is properly transferred from ur car to the room and vice versa when you leave. The washroom is always very well kept and clean with a proper functioning geyser. The only down point is the wifi is a bit slow at times. But it's not of concern. Highly recommend this place!

Great place in the heart of T-Nagar. Very welcoming and great service. Breakfast of our choice within their budget is complementary. Big and spacious rooms. Will visit again.

Rooms are ok. Breakfast food was terrible. Parking is available to limited extent. 12 o'clock check in and 11 o'clock check out timings are not at sll suitable for visitors. Extra facilities in rooms like providing soap etc are not followed. Boys service is good.

Friendly staffs, Breakfast could be lot better. Towels needs to be more clean and hygienic. Overall a decent place to stay for Business travellers and Interview candidates
