Best experience ever !!!!! One of the best hotel in the banner ....super staff service , food was awesome , location and rooms are very good and cleanness is just great definitely love to come again with family .......

I visited here today !!! I found the hotel is Good enough!!.. people and staff behave nicely!! All the services were on time !! I must recommend everyone to visit once

It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had lived. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient..

Worst experience I have ever had. Booked breakfast and all they had was omlette. They said we haven't mentioned that there will be choices. Rooms were not clean and bedsheets too. You call kitchen for order and they ask to call reception. Receptionist would again ask to call kitchen. What fun!!

No Cleanliness in rooms. No proper room service. All delayed and worst services and hospitality. Only one single dish option will be available in breakfast, that too will not be provided on time. You have to sit for long time in dining area to place order. For ordering dinner, have to call multiple times to place an order. No quality of services. From tea and coffee also, many times coffee is not available.

After Charging 1500 Rs per A.C. room... Worst service.... No water in Taps(after too many reminders)8 P.M. to 9.15 A.M. .... Toilets were dirty..... Only one water bottle in the room between 2 person..... Only one Towel between two persons.... Exhaust of Bathroom was not working... No Tatasky Remote....(provided after too many calls to reception)..... At last after hot talk they changed the room.... Don't visit here.... Wastage of money...

Initial room was so bad...totally disappointed. After talking several times, room has changed after 2 nights.
