I was 7 months pregnant when I started doing Yoga. I got trained by Keerthi and she is a sweetheart.. she not only made my Yoga journey easy but also became a close friend of mine. Because of her Yoga training and meditation techniques I was very calm and was able to have normal delivery. She is a really positive and loving person, I personally recommend her to all my other friends.

This is my 1st pregnancy and I wanted to try prenatal yoga.. I am so grateful that I found global school of yoga.. I started taking online classes from global school of yoga when I was 20 weeks of pregnant. Mrs.Karpagavalli and Mrs. Keerthika both are so kind, friendly and amazing.. The prenatal class was a great way to prepare for birth both physically and mentally.. It's helped me stay comfortable and more relaxed throughout my pregnancy.. I gained so much flexibility and strength.. I really enjoyed every classes and I am so impressed.. I would definitely recommend it.. Thank you

I joined global school of yoga in my 7th month of pregnancy. I was trained by Keerthi mam, she is such a warm person. She gave individual attention and commendable care, asanas were taught in accordance with the weeks of pregnancy, which was really helpful. Class are conducted very clearly and also practical sections also good. But certifications are received only as an soft copy, if it is received through post as an hard copy its very helpful whether softcopy taken as printout means also it's not valuable as original copy
