My father was admitted in Gleneagles hospital for heart surgery. He was in ER, then ICU and then in special ward. The doctors who treated him in ER, ICU and in Special Ward were excellent and courteous. They addressed all our issues then and there and were very very responsive to all our queries. Need to specially mention the nurses in the ICU and Special ward (both day and night duty) who took extremely good care of my father till his stay in the ICU and Special ward... Especially the Special ward nurses need to be appreciated as that's where my father stayed for couple of days. They were very very patient and took care of him really well with an ever smiling face and were very easily approachable. Great job and kudos to the whole nursing team in the Special Ward! The housekeeping people also did a very good job. The room and bathroom were cleaned and disinfected everyday. Thanks to them also ! The food was delivered on time and was according to our specifications. We had asked for Jain food. That was delivered perfectly on time every day. Thanks to them too ! Thank you all for the excellent service !

We never get a chance to meet the specialist. But they will took consultation fee for that specialist name only. And at reception they will ask to wait to meet that doctor.end of the day we will be meeting junior doctors only. No specialist will see. Don't go thinking that most experienced doctor will see. Doctors juniors will see. I am not sure whether it is same for everyone or it will differ person to person. But I had this experience. It could have been better if we get a chance to meet the same doctor whom we are paying for consulation. Or else mention the doctor name who is attending. For the sake of most experienced doctors only every body will go to big hospitals . But here the case is different. Hospitals are treated as temples and doctors are treated as god's. It will be better if the people working will tell truth than lies. Don't take it in a negative way. And don't harm me for writing this review. Take it as feedback and work towards it. I am not saying attending junior doctor is bad. But it's better if you mention clearly to the patients that experienced doctor was not available. We have these doctors. They will see like this. But which is not there. I believe everybody has the name and that doctors also has name and please mention that. Don't use only one doctor and run the business.

My father had a stroke recently and received treatment at this hospital in SSPVT ward. The level of care and support I received was exceptional. The medical team was knowledgeable, attentive, and dedicated towards recovery. Thanks to their expertise and quick response, My father is now on the path to recovery. I highly recommend this hospital for their excellent service and medical care.

My father was admitted for tracheastomy decanalisation. Hospital provided us with the utmost support. Room no 1046 shiva Nithya chandralekha and all the fellow nurses were very kind and showed hospitality at its highest level. Kind of them.

My Father was admitted in special ward. Very good services given by the nursing team. He was completely bedridden though with their effort every day they made him sit and stand with the help of physiotherapist. Thank you for the wonderful services provided for my father. keep it up. I got admitted in super delux ward (room no-1141)for my delivery time. This is regarding the review about the nursing department. All nurses taken care of me and my baby very well, were awesome. All nurses did attend immediately for the bell every time, they are very soft spoken, polite & humble.

I admitted in Gleneagles Global Health city for a minor surgery. Doctor Muruganantham & team explained me the procedure clearly in such a way that i can understand the issue. The doctors and nurses were very kind and caring. Nursing staffs were attending at once on call button.The Room provided to us was very clean. House keeping team ensured that the room is in safe and hygenic environment for the patient. I highly recommend this hospital for exceptional care and treatment.

my brother has been admitted in this hospital for severe dengue fever. He was admitted in the special ward. The treatment of the doctors are top notch. The nurses in the special ward are excellent and caring. The nurses in the ICU also gave their best efforts...great hospital I recommend strongly...
